Based on class request, add the following the course set-up instructions

clarification on committing empty folders
add screenshots (but need to pick wisely
key words/definitions
OS-specific names (e.g., git bash for Windows)
clarify that student should email TA for org connection
Git/GitHub illustration

Maybe this is all better in a video walkthrough?
