Little chart would be nice #42

I would like to see a chart, with measurements from previous couple of hours (than i can see a trend, sometimes single measure is corrupted and average gives wrong impression).

It is totally true that sometimes data are corrupted or missing. I've plan to add plots to application in fact recently to solution was added OxyPlot library. I'm still waiting for API support for hourly aggregated data history as soon as API starts support that I should be able to implement that feature.

NOTE: iOS and Android have a chart functionality but it supports only daily aggregated data
