Sage Game Gear vertical scaling bug: #63

The internal scaler is basing the math on 145 pixels instead of 144, so you have to ignore the 1008 being labeled as "7x" and compensate for 145, which equals 1015 for 7x vertical.

Test cart bug that I didn't catch until I started testing vertical scrolling in games. My apologies. The vertical scale is fine on this core.
