README change to avoid savegame confusion. #175

Addressing https://github.com/SmokeMonsterPacks/Super-NT-Jailbreak/issues/174

Added a few lines to the README to point to the menu option that prompts saving. I'm new to the firmware and was confused about how to save state. Hopefully this helps.

I misunderstood the save system, this isn't a valid change. I thought this was a "save state" option. My mistake.

Re-opening based on comment in issue thread. The documentation change probably still makes sense?
