Expected behavior and actual behavior

Expected:

no Error Message
the game starts and is playable

Actual:

System Error Message "Expansion not supported" is shown
the game does not start

Steps to reproduce the problem

Start the ROM via file browser.

ROM name and hash value

Name: Kirby's Fun Pak Type: SMC sha1sum: ce325ad271e91735ce19e9c2b8e0ad04dc103ae1

(Kirby Super Star US is affected, too)

firmware

Version: 7.0 (updated today)

relevant Super Nt settings

PAL & NTSC 720p & 1080p (both supported by TV)

After further research (and correcting a nasty typo) I found this post stating that Kirby is using an SA-1 chip on its cartridge and that these are not compatible. A real cart is needed. A list of games using expansion chips is located here, although games using a DSP-1/4 chip may work according to the post.

I'd suggest we leave the issue here for other ppl searching for the issue. I'd just kindly you to confirmation and close it.
