This was fixed previously. Not entirely sure why Itslovelol removed this fix then. I will revert it. Should go back to normal in an update soon.

Core/SpellMgr: Flare should not land instantly. Undoes 05227e6.

[b]Smolderforge [/b]: revealing stealthed unit when the hunter cast it... The flare is still flying, and 40yard away the stealthed unit is outplayed.
