[Rogue] T5 2-set bonus #429

The problem: The rogue T5 2-set bonus does not work.

How it should work: The 2-set bonus should increase Envenom and Eviscerate damage by 40 per combo point for a total of 200.

How to reproduce: Make a rogue. Cast Envenom on a target without the set bonus. Then cast it with the set bonus. The damage will be the same (assuming the AP is somewhat the same).
