[Hunter] Pet Focus Regeneration #437

The problem: Hunter pets got a focus regeneration of 24 per 5 seconds.

How it should work: Hunter pets should have a focus regeneration of 25 per 5 seconds (50 with Beastial Discipline talent).

How to reproduce: Make a hunter and tame a wind serpent. Have it do Lightning Breath on a target. Watch the regeneration. It will be 24/5sec instead of the intended 25/5sec.
