The problem: The trinket only appears to proc from healing spells.
How it should work: The trinket should be able to proc off any spellcast. For instance from Water Shield, Frost Shock, Inner Fire etc.
How to reproduce: Equip the trinket and cast eg Water and Lightning Shield, nothing happens. Cast healing spells and it procs.
