Fix Nordic NRF51822 gcc4mbed build errors #19

The required softdevice hex files were ignored by git when gcc4mbed was originally committed.

I have rebased this PR and it is now ready for merging. Without this fix, people see a build error when they run the gcc4mbed install script.
