redownload python, and in install wizard select add to PATH

ive been having the same problem, i redownloaded python twice, plus checked the environment variables path, so im pretty sure i have python installed, but this error keeps coming up.

in cmd type: python --version if you get python version then python is installed if no then u installed python incorrectly
