In conjunction with #11 and #5 here.

I've added in Item Charges and Skill Charges.

All this basically entails here is that you can only use certain items and skills a limited number of times PER BATTLE. That's all.

Items also get individual charges. This means that one single entity of an item could get, say, three usages. Saves for needing three.

Individual Item Charges are more of a setup to better work-in the Individual Actor Inventories ( #8 ) .
