Abilities to use items via skills for enhanced effects.

[ ] Ability to use items as requirements to use skills and properly consume them on skill usage.
[x] Ability to properly craft items via skills using the crafting system implemented already.

Mainly planned for Eirin and Nitori whom will have the ability to use items any other character can but with better or greater benefits.
