Need to publish v1 to NPM. This involves finishing the documentation effort and figuring out the smoothest way to publish to NPM. Ideally this would be done in an automated fashion in case future bug fixes are necessary.

Created publish workflow to auto publish github pages and npm package when creating a github release.
