Preparing SnPM 13.1.07 release #50

This pull request includes the following updates for the next SnPM release:

fix: Add GPL licence. cf. #29
fix: decrease lower bound on number of subject for approximate perms. cf #7
enh: Table: Create TabDat structure expected by spm_list, allowing access to all peak/cluster results, even if there are too many for the SnPM results page. The TabDat structure is (inelegantly) saved to a mat file. cf. #30 for more details.
enh: Apply mlint suggestions for better compatibility with MATLAB Compiler and Octave. cf #47.
test: use latest available ground truth if perfect match for matlab version is not available. cf #41.

Just merged nidm_export branch adding support for NIDM-Results. Tests still pass:

Note that with current version the full non-parametric analysis has to be computed with this SnPM version to be able to export as NIDM pack (i.e. cannot export old analyses).

I have just rolled back the merge of the nidm_export branch as we have decided with @nicholst to only include NIDM export in next release (after next set of updates from SPM are published so that we can depend on the code).
