Preparing SnPM13.1.08 #53

One commit from TableHack branch #30 was not entirely merged in SnPM13.1.07 release, this is a hot fix to add this update.

Tests with Matlab R2016b and spm12:

After double checking this is not needed because of reason stated in https://github.com/SnPM-toolbox/SnPM-devel/pull/30#issuecomment-333125880. I am therefore closing this PR now.
