reaver's Makefile does not support DESTDIR #509

The Makefile does not support the DESTDIR variable as described here:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/DESTDIR.html
This makes it difficult for packagers to install reaver.
It looks like the Gentoo people have worked on a patch for this here:
