Presently the Wizard, even with Spell Memory equipped, cannot call on its Spell Memory Spell List; however, something to also note - upon entering the Spell Memory Spell List page, a first time created wizard might notice it has Cleric Spells in its Spell Memory bar instead of wizard spells.
