Describe the feature

• Ability for Citizen profile to have:

Your Weapons Your Vehicles Your Pets (with linked drop down to select one of your Pets you've made)

• Ability for Pets to be searched in Officer Dashboard This is useful for Game Warden/Animal Services/Park Rangers as well to be able to write a fine to a Citizen based on their Pet and have it linked to the records related to a Pet if possible?

Maybe simply a json list of related things for the Pet by an Officer

Such as...

Dog bite complaint. Aggressive. Neighbor complaint. Multiple times caught off leash.

Just a way to keep a history like the Medical History in a way. But for the pet. So its organized.

Some people may have a pet who has caused problems with law enforcement.

Could be cool to mark pets as being in the animal pound if animal control is forced to seize them for any reason. Could work similar to Impound Lots/Hospital Services
