Add top level domain as image host (allowed URL) #1838

Describe the feature

If technically possible, add top level domain as the allowed domain for image hosting (URL link to the image). So if in case of some image host of the community (like some server or CDN), you could save the image elsewhere rather then having it in the DB or instance of SnailyCAD at all.

This isn't possible due to limitations of Next.js.
