Notes Preview on Warrants Broken #1852

What operating system are you using?

Linux

What version of SnailyCAD are you currently using?

v1.74.0

Describe the Bug

When looking at warrants on a character, the feature where you can put your mouse over the "Notes" section to see it displayed in one page. Instead, a scroll bar is present, which is a very difficult way to read the text of the warrant. image image

Expected Behavior

The preview/view feature where you hover your mouse over the notes to see it all should pop up.
