🌐 (WIP) FR and JP Localization Updates & Revisions

This PR aims to add any missing translations and revise/update previous ones to ensure better accuracy. It also fixes some typos such as trailing or leading whitespaces, or missing periods.

Translations

• [x] .json files are formatted: pnpm format
• [x] Translations are correct

Progress

The percentage values in parentheses define the approximate quality of the translations. Not all translations may be 100% accurate and sometimes some elements cannot be properly translated due to language differences that are too great.
