Merging FD Units with a Vehicle Issue #1951

What operating system are you using?

Windows

What version of SnailyCAD are you currently using?

1.80.2

Describe the Bug

It appears that when we try to merge two FD units and place them with the Vehicle of Engine 32 that is not showing under the Active FD section in Dispatch as it looking for Emergency Vehicle and not Patrol Vehicle.
