LGTM. Btw, would you be interested to enable the tests within Travis CI integration?

Sure; see PR #6. I don't know if this is what you had in mind, but at least it gave me the incentive to improve polling of the docker stack that the tests employ. Moreover, since I have write access to this repo, I could just go ahead and merge if that's ok with you. There isn't really any code revision policy for Snakemake-Profiles yet, right?
