Get BT SPP work with BF configurator #44

BT SPP device NOT found #3141

if it works, then a) works with BF mobile app b) works with BF configurator (PC tool)

It seems BF configurator doesn't have BT SPP implementation. BT SPP device NOT found #3141 ==> Request.

HW demo may speed up dev team's work of implementation.
