a) Compare with Tello Function List for python API #17 b) Update Tello Function List for scratch programming
Note: Keep in mind, what we expected: a) Atomic tested function list on scratch b) pre/cleanup operations // pre-test-cleanup, such as takeoff/land or arm/disarm(Maybe we don't have this on tello) etc.
