Error Loop: Connection lost. Retry in 5 seconds... #633

I'm getting this error "Connection lost. Retry in 5 seconds..." using different browsers, on a machine running macOS and connected via ethernet cable.

Other machines using WiFi on the same network are NOT giving this error, and are able to see each other. But the machine with the error can't see other devices or be seen by them.

Tried resetting the router but no change.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

FYI, turns out this issue can be resolved simply by clearing cache in your browser.
