chore: improve op chain deployment scripts #2

Summary

This PR improves the OP chain deployment scripts:

add make generate-addresses to generate addresses
add the prefunded accounts for the Kurtosis local L1
check if the Create2Factory contract is already deployed
clean up for some deploy directories

Test Plan

make kurtosis-launch-l1
make start-op-chain-sepolia
