explorer indexing stuck at 25% #41

@vbaranov we have an internal testnet up for a few days and it's still showing 25% indexed. do you know what might be the cause? feel free to ping me on TG and I can provide more details

thanks @vbaranov for helping debug it. the root cause was that the trace rpc was not set correctly
