Feature Request: Full printing parameters of dual extruder

Description

The right extruder allows to set all the printing parameters. The current state is that the right extruder can only set a limited number of parameters.

The parameter modules to be added are:

• Model Structure
• Path Optimization
• Structure Fine-tuning

Since some of the engine parameters can only be set globally, these parameters need to be laid out properly.

Task

• [ ] Adding parameters to the right extruder
• [ ] Re-layout global parameters or provide other interaction options
