Feature Request: turn off laser during jog/fast movement in laser cutting #2383

When cutting cardboard - laser is marking/nearly cutting during jog.

Describe the solution you'd like?

Add M3 S0 or M4 S0 prior to G0 command in GCode output. Tested by manually editing output code.

it's not only cardboard, observed this bug in 4.9.0/4.9.1, reverting back to 4.8.2 helps to work around this.
