Calculate and import plurality consensus on invalid images #10

Ali makes the good point that they might one day have proper timestamps. And in any case, computer science folks might be able to use them for vision research.

Specifically invalid 2s. The Invalid 1's are the ones that are usually of the ground or sky. But the 2's are real pictures, just bad timestamps.

24,560 invalid captures have been properly linked to their consensuses now. There are 9 weird ones that have supposedly been sent to Zooniverse, but don't have consensuses. Not worth the time to track down these 9 right now:
