MSI directory cleanup: AddToDB/recovered

Figure out what images in here should be kept, delete the duplicates, and process the rest.

@mkosmala @aliburchard: Just went through all the recovered rolls -- all of the folders are images we don't have anywhere else (I went through and checked when I first dumped them in there, I think). For some of them, it's fairly obvious where the roll belongs, and I've named the directories with the SX_SX_RX. There were one or two that I wanted to bring to your attention though:

• I assume that the all of the "R11"s in S3 are placeholders of some sort? I have a number of folders that, time-wise, look like they should belong in S3. They fall in time between the S2 R3's and the S3 R11's, and my field data only goes back to 2012 so I can't check these 2011 dates. I've marked these all as being "S2_SiteX_R4" (in one case, R5) because I didn't want to mess around with the R11's. The only exception is one site that fell after the S3 R11 but before S4 R1 (I called it S3_F11_R12 -- although for this site, there is no S4, so potentially it could be a S4 roll? Again, my field data only goes back to 2012...).
• For S4_C10_R2, we already have a folder for this roll in the S4 directory, but that folder is empty; this folder has the missing files.
• For S7_T11_R3, we have this folder, but we're missing the first 30 images -- those (+ more redundant images) are on this roll
