[BUG] Global powers schema is unable to load. #9

When attempting to use global powers, this error comes up, reporting that the schema for global powers returns 404.

To Reproduce

Make a global power json file, in data/<namespace>/global_powers
Type {} brackets
Error appears

Expected behavior

Autofill for certain fields should hopefully pop up
Maybe not return 404 :sob:
