Purpose of proposed changes

This enables daemon startup at system boot time on NetBSD systems where postfix-mta-sts-resolver was installed manually / via pip. (Eventually, there should be a pkgsrc package that provides the right startup file, and there ought to be a way for mta-sts-daemon to actually daemonize, but until then, this will do the trick.)
