In Unit Stats Window, see info for each stat.

[ ] can select/hover each stat with:
- [x] keyboard
- [ ] controller
[ ] when hovered, stat's details are explained:
- [x] stat name shown
- [x] explanation of the stat shown
- [ ] how the value has been determined (i.e. any influencing factors)
