Suggested Feature

Ability for a tooltip to pop up a secondary tooltip.

Requirements

[x] countdown to trigger of tooltip
[x] time of countdown set in options
[x] parse text of primary tooltip and check for tag for secondary tooltip
[x] open secondary tooltips in frame

Additional Context

Need to provide related info, like explaining a referenced effect or stat.
