Requirements
[ ] Projectile applies knockback to Actors as it travels
[ ] Unless otherwise stated, follows same rules/logic as NonCollidingProjectile
Additional Context
Current projectile delivers a payload on arrival. This should do the same, but also disrupt Actors as it goes. Perhaps easier to just have 1 projectile and the ability to toggle this functionality on or off as required?
