Add config switch to set language icon as big one #11

Using this big_icon switch, users can choose to set the language icon as the big one in the rich presence modal.

This looks like this: discordptb_2017-12-14_22-01-04

I strongly suggest not including #10 in this PR since the changes are not related at all.

Again, you need to add documentation for the setting in the settings file (and the settings itself).

Removed #10 from this PR, added documentation & default setting for the new switch.

Since @Snazzah seems to be AWOL, I suppose I can merge the PRs and publish a release myself, as long as it doesn't involve editing or uploading new icons since I don't have access to that. I'll try getting around to this tomorrow.
