[Feature Request] Fallback if Volume Count does not exist or option to use Chapter Count #85

For Manhwa and Manhua, many of them are never released in a volume format so only a total chapter count exists. MyAnimeList, Anilist, MangaUpdates, and MangaDex all have total chapter count information, or final chapter count in the case of MangaDex.

Would be great but instead of as a fallback, its an option to choose between the two. This will make its functionality with Kavita work wonders.
