Alt-Tab behavior in Chrome #106

Setup: Win10x64, latest stable Chrome 56.0.2924.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproduce: When more than 1 Chrome windows opened:

click on Authenticator shortcut from extensions menu to view codes
switch to other Chrome window(2)
try to switch back to initial window using Alt-Tab or from the taskbar

Bug:

instead of the Chrome window you will see just an Authenticator popup above Chrome window(2)
