authenticator code not coming out #107

i added the google authenticator but the six digit number is not coming out, i mean the code. what will i do? or is there any version that i can use? please write me back because i need it for security purpose. thank you.

Can you confirm if your secret is encoded in Base32? You can check if there is any character out of Base32 alphabet. See Base32 alphabet from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Base32#RFC_4648_Base32_alphabet
