Instructions for New User #132

I have just installed Google Authenticator as an extension on Chrome.
I am new and don't have a lot of computer experience. I can't find instructions on how to use Authenticator. There is no set up option either. I don't want to make a mistake and get locked out of my accounts.

Where can I find step by step instructions on how to set it up and use it properly?
