Says my passphrase is wrong for my chrome authenticator at work but from personal laptop it works? #149

Hi. For some reason, my passphrase for authenticator works from my home laptop but not from my work laptop although they are both using same Gmail account which has the Google Authenticator extension?

What should I do?
