Google authenticator not working on Binance #201

I LITERALLY have been using my account for weeks now logging in and out with google authenticator and now it randomly got disconnected and isnt recognizing ANY of the codes I have been putting into the computer. This is ridiculous. I want a resolution to this.

good night I have problems to enter my binace account does not recognize the codes issued by the system and the legend that is read is a two-factor verification error, since I started using the gloogle atenticador had not had a problem until today.

Make sure you are 1 or 2 seconds ahead and not behind then your generated code will work.

Good evening friend johnjack1 I make the placement of the validation code quickly and I continue giving the error of validation of the code, I have tried several times without any progress.

I appreciate another suggestion to solve this problem.

I have others gmail accounts. But email no open on this mobile phone. I think step 2 is of. So no verify code not found in this mobile phone

friend johnjack1 so far I have not been able to solve the problem, the validation error of the google authenticator code continues, I followed your instructions to advance the clock and the problem is still present, I tried to contact with the technical assistance of binance and I have not received a answer to solve this problem I have not been able to access my account since December 30.

I would appreciate another suggestion to resolve this situation.

Are you using official Google authenticator app on your mobile? and getting the access code from mobile device or desktop? Make sure your time is correct on both the devices desktop and mobile. The issue is only with the time. Make sure your time is 1 or 2 seconds ahead. Check your time here https://time.is/

johnjack1 the authenticated google application was installed directly from the web, in my personal lapto, I synchronized time and the difference is one thousandth of a second, I also verify the use of the time corresponding to the GTM area, I could not Log into my account for the error of verification of two factors of google.

I have followed all your recommendations without any results.

I installed the identifier of two factors in my lapto on December 10 without any problem, this error was presented on December 30 to date

I wonder if the Binance support staff can disable the two factor identifier that allows me to log into my account and configure the application again.

another person can configure the two-factor identifier application on another device that could prevent me from entering my account giving that error.

Clear your browser cache, and clear all the settings of this extension. First make sure you have backup secret key of 2fa which binance gave you. Add the backup key again then generate your code. Hope it will work.
