6 years ago No one should be relying on this as their only method to get two factor codes. If any of you have a backup you can load an older version of the extension and restore from your backup, and you should be able to use it.

6 years ago Authenticator for Chrome extension 4.19 has an issue to show codes, but your data is safe. The issue is caused by undefined namespace which is used in Firefox:
4.20 is released, and your extension should be upgraded in one hour.

6 years ago my codes on my authenticator have disappeared too, I am really worry as everybody is. hope devs solve the problem really soon.

6 years ago 4.20 has been released, your extension should be upgraded automatically.
If you need upgrade immediately, open chrome://extensions/, check Developer mode, then click Update extensions now.
Everything goes alright and suddenly my authenticator goes blank. I have 8 accounts link to it. Searching for solution and advice. NOthing working. Worried now
