Hi Ago95, I'm having the same problem with War Thunder and Google Authenticator. The code doesn't work and nothing seems to fix it (ie. Sync times etc). I can't even log in to my online Gaijin account to access it. I recently installed Steam and this is when I enabled 2 Step Verification but have since turned it off but it still wants me to put in a Verification Code for War Thunder and Gaijin. I can log into my Steam account alright, but not War Thunder for some reason.
This is actually the reason why I just joined GitHub, so hopefully someone can help us both.

This morning a WarThunder person (i dont know his role) have write that i rewrite a ticket on this address:

(Is the same address that i write already 6 times)
I do the access on 2 computer: My portable computer that i can play But is impossible because low performance. The pc of my uncle where i only play cant access anymore for the wrong code of google authenticator. At the first time google authenticator works for WT I try to install Steam for WT but i havent lost the hopes at the moment. I hope we resolve quickly because i wont lost my progress and i wont renounce to WT.
let's keep our fingers crossed (common sayng=get hopes)
Same hear, it worked once but not since. I ended up installing War Thunder through Steam account (it took ages) and I can sign in using Steam but it created a new WT account (level 1) so still can't access my original WT account which level 22 (I think). Very frustrating. I think I'll use my new account to send Gaijin a message explaining how I'm locked out of my original account due to Google Authenticator. Will keep you posted.

Maybe the WT server's time is off
Mine isn't always consistent message. Sometimes I get message saying clocks aren't Synced, sometimes it just tells me the code is wrong. I've got it set up so my computer gets the code, I'm trying to get it to send to my phone. If I go into Google account Sign in and Security settings for 2 step verification it sends to my mobile but when I try and log in to web pages like Gaijin it doesn't send anything to my phone, I had to install on pc (Chrome extension) which doesn't work.
I'm about to email gaijin support and see if they can help me remove the 2 step verification process from my account login. Wish I'd never heard of google authenticator now.

When you contact them send them the link to this report to have them investigate it to see if the problem is on their end.

Already this morning another people of Gaijin answer me with a message: Reply to this address with name account, registration data account, your purchases, your geographical location and money ranks.... Because Gaijin want know if you are a thief-of-account or the real owner of account. Then i wait new message and i hope to be helpful.
To multiwebinc: i sent a message to gaijin with technical problems but probably the problems are their; because i use Google authenticator for access on Google and work perfectly with a old smartphone that dont receive updates since 2 years.

This morning the Gaijin assistant send me a message that want the email of my purchasing (golden eagle obviously); so i enter to Gmail and screenshot all the message from WT of confirmation purchasing. for example: see attachments
i send this info for let you get ready when the WT assistence answer to you.
i see the other post that you start 2 days ago... Google authenticator works for enter in google, the only problem is for enter WT; so i guess the problem is for WT server (first time works me too) not the application.
They haven't contacted me and I don't play premium, I play free, so maybe explains why no support. Ya get that! Just spewing I was level 24 or something, now level 1 on Steam. As I said, ya get that when ya play for free I guess.

Zendesk on behalf of Gaijin emailed me links to my ticket but they require me to log in, which I can't do due to the verification codes not working. Very frustrating trying to get Gaijin support to understand the links don't work as I can't log in. I need someone to actually help me as apposed to sending me useless links. Starting to wonder about the intelligence of some of these people to be honest. If anyone from Gaijin / Zendesk can understand I need them to remove the 2 step verification process before I can do anything in relation to that account!
DevoStevo66 im sorry about you. i waiting by 6 days they answer for removing the 2 step Auth. the link that i give you is correct because they answer me. try to mail them. then if you havent do the purchases maybe want to see the mail of your registration. i have no more ideas for help you and i waiting for me. if happen something, i write too.

I have a problem with google authenticator and others authenticator. I have activated the 2 step authorization on War Thunder but i cant access because the time is wrong both on several pc both several different smartphone. i set the correction of time and says the time is right because the time was already right. I set in my smartphone fake time and says: "the time is correct now" but i cant access. if i access on google with Google authenticator all codes are right and i can access, only on WarThunder i have this problem. I already write to Warthunder for removing my 2 step authorization but i dont believe they will answer me and accept my reques. In my ignorance, maybe their addres (.ru) can be the problem with Greenwitch Mean Time? Maybe my Smatphone Sony Xperia J Old by 2 years and have no updates of all types?
