I used snaller cli built from source.

I build it using Go v1.18.2 on my Windows 11 machine and it works fine. I can only imagine two problems:

Dear @mattn, is there a binary of Iguana here somewhere that runs on Windows 7 x64 with up to SSE3 Core2Duo processor (no SSE4, no AVX)? I'd like to compress a WAV file and see how the output differs from ZPAQ -m3.
I don't have that pc anymore.
