x16 profit #216

I wish it was true but the profits seem a bit over exaggerated on x16s and x16r:

At first I thought it was a glitch but it's been wrong for nearly 20 hours now. What can I do?

Sniffdog commented 6 years ago

goto stats folder and delete bench for those... and try to bench again

Wrapper really does have an issue with europe financial system (commas) and prefers U.S. version (decimals)

Done that

Wrapper really does have an issue with europe financial system (commas) and prefers U.S. version (decimals)

Depends on the country. Anyhow, I set the currency to USD.

Still, I get weird results. I think the speed sniffdog registers is wrong.

Sniffdog commented 6 years ago

then you may have to unlock enemy in bin folder.... just unzip and then move ps1 file to miners folder

psynauty commented 6 years ago

Is it because the commas affect the reported hashrate which makes your profits look ridic? If you have 12 1080 Ti you should be getting around 16.2Mh each = 194.6 Mh total? Not 16.6 GH. Is suprminer confused with the commas? Would changing your windows system to have . instead of , for decimals fix it?

Sniffdog commented 6 years ago

no wrapper is confused with commas.....

Nickduino commented 6 years ago

Yeah, the reported hashrate is about 100 times what it should be. Not sure I want to change my system decimal point.

bellodox commented 6 years ago

Reported hashrate is 100 times more than real one. If I remove last 2 digits in corresponding stat txt file then it started to work as supposed to. @Sniffdog Maybe if the hashrate is simply devided by 100 it will do the trick? Where exactly the hashrate-getting magic is done? ;) P.S. I saw that other issues like this one are reported continuously over last month - maybe there is a bug somewhere in the code?!

Nickduino commented 6 years ago

What decimal separator does your system use?

bellodox commented 6 years ago

Comma. Edit: The regional settings are eastern europеan but both numeric and currency separators are comma.

Nickduino commented 6 years ago

That's it. Not sure @Sniffdog will get any interest in our problem
