Sourcebans not working #321

How do I even use the SourceBans thing?
I added my MySQL info in the ev_sourcebans and sourcebans.lua module
But its not working
I mean it cant connect to the server
N/A     N/A     Error connecting (96.225.242.72:27019)  N/A     N/A

you have too on local SourceBansEnabled = false to true ?
